Pool/ Beach Access
Key Fobs are provided for guests to access pool and beach gates. Fobs are located on top of the microwave.
Please return them after use. There is a $35 fee per lost key fob.
Parking
You will find two parking passes in the kitchen binder, place them on your dash, return them after use. There is a $35 fee per lost pass.
Sleeping
Primary bedroom is equipped with a King bed, Secondary bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen beds, and Living room is equipped with a Sofa bed.
Sheets for the sofa bed are located in the corner next to the TV or in the closets. Extra pillows are located in top of closet.
Additional Information
The A/C doesn't run with open doors or windows. (Energy Saving Feature)
The water heater is compact, try to avoid concurrent use and wait 20 mins between showers
A fire extinguisher (near front door) and first aid kit (above fridge) are located in the kitchen.
There are no child safety locks or outlet covers provided.
Please respect Gulf Shores' conservation efforts for sea turtles. Don't disturb nests or use white flashlights/flash photography on the beach.
Follow the Gulf Shores beach flag warning system for safety.
Cable and wi-fi are provided, with TVs in the living room and bedrooms. For help with any technical issues, call Secure Vision at 251-967-4455.
Please be aware that the use of A/V equipment (Blink Cameras) are in use on the exterior of the property. Cameras are motion triggered and are used intermittently for security purposes and to monitor beach conditions only.
It is important to me that our condo is in excellent condition upon your arrival. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us. I want you to feel at home and have a great beach vacation! We are here for you. Enjoy your stay and the beautiful Gulf!
Checkout Procedure
It is your responsibility to leave the unit reasonably clean and in damage-free order. Please leave furniture/decor arranged as it was upon arrival.
Return the two parking passes and two beach access fobs to the kitchen before departing. If lost, please notify owner as soon as possible so replacements can be ordered for the next guests.
Please be sure to log out of any/all TV apps that you are logged in to (Disney, Amazon, Netflix, etc)
Please load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and start dishwasher before leaving.
Throw all trash in the dumpster outside.
Take all food and drinks from refrigerator, cabinets, etc.
If sand is brought in during your stay, please use the broom and dustpan in the A/C closet for the tile floors. The vacuum for the rugs is in the primary bedroom closet. Cleaning service will charge extra if there is excessive sand.
Look throughout the unit for your belongings before leaving. We cannot be responsible for items left behind.
Check that doors and windows are closed and locked.
Check-out promptly by 10 a.m. - the cleaning service has other units to clean and must stay on schedule. Late check-outs will incur a late fee. Please note that door code does not allow re-entry after 10 a.m. on checkout day.

Harbor House Condominium Association Rules
Only 6 people maximum to a unit.
No large parties are permitted at Harbor House.
Park vehicles in assigned areas to avoid towing at your own expense.
Put all trash in the large dumpster located by the street building. Do not leave lid open.
Do not hang towels or garments on any railings.
No smoking in any unit. Do not throw cigarette butts onto property.
No grilling on any balcony; use area designated for grilling.
Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Do not feed the birds.
Only unit owners are allowed pets.
Do not relocate furniture from the pool area or units.
Wash and remove all sand at the designated boardwalk shower before entering the pool.
No glass containers allowed at the pool or beach areas.
All vehicles must have a valid Vehicle Registration Certificate (Parking Pass) issued by the Owner's Association to avoid towing at your own expense.
The mandatory minimum age for individuals renting any unit is 25 years or greater. The direct Renter of the unit must be an occupant and must be of minimum approved age. This specified adult must he present and in control of the rental at all times.
Unit B32 Additional Rules
No parking of boats, trailers, RVs or campers.
Children must not be unsupervised in the unit or on the property.
Shake out sand (outside) from beach items before washing.
Clean the dryer lint screen after use.
The bathroom closet is for owner's belongings only. Please do not attempt to open it.
Do not drain hair, sand, seashells, etc. down the drains or flush feminine products.
Please don't allow children with pens/markers on furniture.
Owners are not liable for loss or damage of guests' items.
Please do not play on or disturb the sand dunes.
Owner, property manager, pest control, or maintenance may occasionally need to enter the unit.
